Our Openings
WEB PROGRAMMER
This position starts part-time (10-20 hrs/wk) and can evolve into full-time. Compensation will be based on your experience and capabilities.
Experience is required with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS technologies. Additional experience with PHP, MySQL, ActionScript 1.x-3.x (Flash), RSS, and XML is strongly preferred. Experience with Java, C, C++, ASP.net, API's, and/or linux administration are a plus. MUST be able to program at the code level as we do not use WYSIWYG's. Also, candidates with experience using Adobe products such as Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, Premiere, and After Effects are strongly preferred.
In addition to the technical qualifications listed above, candidates must possess superior communication skills. Experience in sales and other positions that interact directly with customers is a strong plus. Candidates must be self-starters, be capable of working under minimal supervision and direction, and be efficient/strategic in their work. Strong problem solving and math skills are a must; strong writing skills are preferred; and enthusiasm cannot be underestimated. Desire and willingness to learn new technologies is critical.
Must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of programming experience. We will discard applications for this position that do not indicate relevant work experience (see intern position if you do not have relevant work experience). Possessing or making progress towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is strongly recommended.
Will be responsible for constructing templates, building complex web-based applications, and maintaining web sites for clients. Reports directly to the CEO. Duties may also include content updates, data entry, and basic GUI design.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
This position may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate (15-40 hrs/wk). Compensation starts at $8-10/hr.
Strong communication and organization skills are essential. Also, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new things are very important. Candidates should have superior time management skills and to handle multiple responsibilities. Experience in sales and customer service is strongly preferred, but not required. Candidates must either possess a high school diploma or be still actively working towards it. Preference will be given to candidates in possession or with plans to obtain Associate's or Bachelor's degrees. Relevant work experience in human resources, sales, programming, or design is a plus.
Candidates may be responsible for bookkeeping, scheduling, customer service, sales, data entry, basic content updates to client web sites, data backups, cleaning, photo processing, research, and much more. Candidates will be given training to enable them to accomplish any tasks that are asked of them on the job.
INTERN
Interns will be expected to work 3-6 months and may be offered positions at the end of their term. Positions are available for part-time, full-time, paid, and unpaid internships. Paid interns will receive compensation of $7.50/hr.

No specific prior work experience or degree is required; however, preference will be given to candidates with relevant education and work experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to do and try new things.
Interns will be responsible for a variety of tasks and will receive training in all aspects of our business including design, programming, and photography that will be valuable to them personally as well as future employers.
