While we are confident that we can fulfill any design needs that you may have, we specialize in web site, print (i.e. reports, posters, business cards, stationary, books, magazines, etc.), logos/branding, and user interface (UI) design.

Our Philosophy

Like architecture, design must be functional. Design does not fulfill its purpose simply by being pretty or visually appealing if it is arbitrary. Design elements must have a reason for being there, serve the development of the desired look and feel, and work correctly. A professional-looking web site that is not functional is not well designed and visa versa.

We feel that it is important to take design outside of the box while maintaining high standards of appearance and functionality. Creativity is never for the sake of creativity alone. It serves to find innovative solutions and alternatives to further our client's visions.

Web Design should NOT look like Web Design

This is unavoidable to an extent. To put our perspective more clearly, we mean that web design should not look generic.

When many people hear the words "web design" they think plain and inferior. Why?! Because most web sites are designed by the programmers that build them, the design is limited by the programmers implementation, and/or the people making the design decisions do not have design experience.

Escaping the Box of Web Design

We believe that our web design should include more aspects of what makes print design seem like a superior medium. This also allows us to use design more effectively in communicating to our clients' audiences.

Hopefully, through these efforts we will help change the common "thinking-inside-the-box" limitations of web design to be more of a metaphorical problem than a literal one.
